RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

We want you to love your Ana Ray purchase. However, if you’d like to return or exchange an item, we’re here to help.

Please email us at info@anaray.co.za to arrange your return or exchange, and our team will guide you through the process.

EXCHANGES (30 DAYS)

Items may be exchanged within 30 days of the date of purchase, subject to stock availability.

  • We will arrange a courier to collect the item and deliver the exchange at our cost.
  • Only one exchange per purchase is permitted.
  • Please include your delivery address and preferred collection date in your email.

SALE ITEMS

  • No cash refunds on SALE items.

Returned SALE items will be refunded as store credit only.

RETURNS (7 DAYS)

You may return an item within 7 days of the date of purchase provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and undamaged.
  • Original labels and/or stickers are still attached.
  • All accessories and parts are included.
  • The item has not been personalised or made to order (unless defective).

Once received, all returns are subject to inspection.

REFUNDS

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 8 days of receiving the item.
  • Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Ordering in South Africa

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. As a small start-up, all items are made on demand to minimise waste and manage production efficiently. Please allow 5–7 working days for your order to be prepared before dispatch.

Shipping fees:

  • Standard delivery within South Africa: R100
  • Free delivery on all orders over R1500

All orders are shipped via Aramex and typically arrive within 2–4 working days after dispatch.

Once your order has been packed and shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey online.

Local pick-up

You are welcome to collect your parcel at our studio based in Durbanville. Please email us at info@anaray.co.za to arrange a time and weekday to collect it.

Monday – Friday 10:00 – 16:00
